Protection and safety of information

The user is obliged to keep the login and password confidential and not share them with third parties. Actually, the user is fully responsible for all actions and transactions made from his account. If an attempt to hack or circumvent the security system is suspected, Bluechip has the right to immediately block the gaming account, suspend access to the services, and notify the government or competent authorities.

Responsibilities and Warranties

The User is obliged to independently clarify whether access to the official website, use of its services, making deposits, and receiving winnings from online games are allowed in his jurisdiction in accordance with applicable law.

In addition, the Indian user is solely responsible for paying taxes, fees, and other mandatory payments related to winnings, in accordance with applicable laws. In the event that government authorities require withholding or payment of taxes in connection with withdrawal requests or user income, the user undertakes to compensate Bluechip for all costs or losses incurred.

The results of the games are determined by a random number generator (RNG). In case of discrepancies between the data on the user’s screen and the website server, the result on the server is considered a priority. By registering an account and using the website, the user confirms and guarantees the following:
